Mayple (Girl) *RESERVED FOR ME*

Mayble the sable! She is a silvery, light sable girl, who will down the road be paired with a stunning harlequin blue merle stud from a Ginger/Carl litter a few years ago.

Ok, so that’s not REALLY going to be her name, she just happened to get a nickname FIRST! Like the other girls, she’s a sass monster and throws a fit when you try to move her. According to my son, she really likes butt scratches, lol.

Mayple (changed by my son because we produce maple syrup, lol) is a SASS MONSTER. In SOOOO many ways she reminds me of her mother as a puppy, lol (maybe I’m in trouble!). She has a FULL “tude” and snarls at me when she sees me and snarls at anyone leaving the room. When you pet her, she goes into Chihuahua mode, lol. But she demands snuggles and getting picked up, and she knows Mom is hers to keep.

8 Week Update: Mayple knows she’s staying . . . which makes her quite upset because she’s treated the SAME as her siblings and doesn’t get special time out on her own too often. She enjoys snuggling in my lap MOST of the time when we have Mom/puppy playtime, which these days involves 9 sets of teeth hanging from my arm, lol. She’s quick to observe, just like her mom and she has a very lean figure, so she will do VERY nicely here on the farm (a concern considering she’s 82% frenchie). Like Zeke, she seems to have some gastro issues going on, so we will be implementing a better feeding set-up that’s raised this weekend. And I’m elated she did so well for her photos considering her normal mode is “go”!
